EIS is the owner of the Property marked in yellow, having an area of 300 000 m² (: 75 acres)​

  • Local ownership – presently only Norwegian owners.​

  • Owners of cadasters 14/6;14/10;14/13;14/14 and 14/17 in Evenes municipality. The 5 cadasters are in ​
    progress of being merged into one cadaster.​

  • The Property is located in distance 6KM from the main gate of the military area of the Evenes Airbase.​

  • In the prevailing zoning plan, part of the properties is regulated for industry/and port, - see next slide.  ​

  • The port can be developed for military and/or commercial purposes. ​

The efforts made to establish a commercial port commenced in 2018​

  • Evenes airport has the third longest runway in Norway and can accommodate the largest passenger and cargo planes. ​
